About this ancestry
Tikus are small, humanoid rodents of the myomorpha suborder, consisting of mice, rats, voles, gerbils, hamsters, and even jerboa and kangaroo rats. Small in stature, tikus spent much of their prehistory as a nocturnal species to avoid predation and the resulting evolutionary traits persist to this day. Short-lived but prolific, tiku mothers give birth to litters of 5-8 children and many families consist of a dozen or more siblings.
