My take on a Storm elemental to go along with their Fire and Chaos siblings from the Core Rule Book. Also using this in conjunction with the Mana subclass I’m creating with my wife.
The Storm Elemental is resistant to physical damage.
Mark a Stress to conjure a squall of rain around a point within Far range. All creatures within it must make a Strength reaction roll. On a failure, targets take 2d4+6 physical damage and are blown back to Far range. On a success, creatures must mark a Stress and while within the white out, make another reaction roll on their next spotlight.
Spend a Fear to have a sinkhole swallow all creatures who remain within range of the white out. They must make an Agility reaction roll. On a failure, creatures take 2d6 direct damage and become Vulnerable. On a success, creatures must mark a Stress and also become Vulnerable.
When this adversary makes a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
