Frances can be spotlighted up to 2 times per GM turn. Spend Fear as usual to spotlight them.
When Frances takes physical damage, reduce the threshold by one. Also each PC within Very Close must mark an armour slot without gaining the benefits.
When this adversary makes a successful attack against a PC, you gain a Fear.
Attack a target within Far range. On a success, you may mark a Stress to Restrain the target and reel them within Melee
A target Restrained by Frances must succeed on a Strength Reaction Roll or take 2d8 direct physical damage and be Devoured. Devoured targets are also Hidden and must mark a Stress to make an Action Roll. When Frances takes Severe damage, all Devoured targets are freed which ends the condition.
Spend a Fear to deal 2d8 direct physical damage to all Devoured targets
Spend a Fear to spit a glob of fire at a spot within Close range. Targets within Very Close of the spot must make an Agility Reaction Roll, failure: 2d20 magic damage, success: half damage.
