    Traversing a crowded amphiteater is extremely complicated when you don't want to be the center of atention. A PC must succeed on an Finesse Roll or an Presence Roll to move to move unnoticed through the crowd, and can only go up to Close range on a success. On a fail, mark a Stress.

    Many things can happen within the multitude. At the start of the encounter you may spend as many Fear as you want to create that many number of distractions
    Spend a Fear to create a distraction such a fight in the crowd, a new suspect appears or a theft is noticed by someone.

    • Trouble at the crowd! Is there a theft? a fight?
    • If there is a new suspect, are you discarding the last one?
