Fofler is a male Faun Witch that upkeeps the many spiritual shrines in and around the town of Elmore. Broad, slightly rotund with fur like light leather and bright green eyes that match his well lived in robes. Fofler watches the signs at the shrines and has been trying to warn the Elmore Town Council that something is amiss within the Plover Caves.
