Dream Hunter

A keen eyed feline, shaped from the dust of the night sky
A relatively benign servant of terrifying forces beyond the stars, a Dream Hunter seeks to terrify and ravage minds. It haunts the dreams of its targets, feasting off the fear they feel and delivering its dark masters. A Dream Hunter is too alien to feel true malice however, and a truly beautiful dream can transform it entirely into a more benevolent, if fickle, creature.
A PC may offer their dreams for a Dream Hunter to feast on, pacifying the Dream Hunter and gaining their blessing. To do so, they must mark a Scar, as they permanently sever their ability to dream. The Dream Hunter immediately turns into a Curious Star-Seeker, allied with the PCs.
Mark a Stress to have the Dream Hunter teleport up to Far range and make a standard attack with advantage.
Choose a PC within Far range, they must make an Instinct Reaction Roll. On a failure, they mark a Stress and become Haunted. On a success, they mark a Stress. Whenever a Haunted player rests, the GM gains an additional Fear. A player remains Haunted until the Dream Hunter receives their meal or defeats the Dream Hunter entirely alone.
