The Pumpkin Man

Difficulty: 15 | HP: - | Stress: 4
Motive: Spread the spirit of Week of the Pumpkin, torment those who do not partake in the Week of the Pumpkin

Despite their name, The Pumpkin Man is more an enigmatic being than a true person bound by mortal logic. It is said that they appear to unfortunate souls who have lost all the glints of whimsy within themselves, and asks the unfortunate to help The Pumpkin Man in procuring Seven Treats to celebrate seven days of the mysterious Week of Pumpkins.

Trick AND Treat!
Trigger: The party comes across the Pumpkin Man.
Effect: The Pumpkin Man announces the beginning of the Week of Pumpkins to them and makes a request. Activate a Long-Term Countdown (3). It ticks down at the end of each day. When it triggers, the Pumpkin Man appears in front of the party and warns them of their failure, triggering the "NO! NO! NO! DON'T DO THAT!" Feature.
Here's a Treat!
Choice: Mark a Stress
Trigger: The party procures a treat for The Pumpkin Man.
Effect: Roll 1d6+1. The party clears an amount of HP or Stress equal to the result.
Bag O' Tricks Go!
Choice: Mark 2 Stress
Trigger: The party is caught in a battle.
Effect: The Pumpkin Man appears in the scene, lurking in the party's peripheral vision. Activate a Tricks! Countdown (1d6). It ticks down when a PC rolls with Fear or fails an action roll. When it triggers, The Pumpkin Man unleashes a Bag O' Tricks onto all PCs, forcing each of them to mark a Stress.
NO! NO! NO! DON'T DO THAT!
Trigger: The party fails to celebrate the Week of the Pumpkin.
Effect: Replace The Pumpkin Man with The Pumpkin Stalker's adversary stat block and immediately spotlight them.
YOU DID IT!
Trigger: The party procures seven treats for The Pumpkin Man.
Effect: The Pumpkin Man gives each member of the party a Bag o' Treats and goes on their own way. The Trick AND Treat! Long Term Countdown ends.
