You have a small piece of rope with a hook at either end, designed to attach to buildings or people. Whenever you, an ally or an adversary are about to move or fall, make a reaction roll to tether yourself to an ally, building or adversary within Very Close range. If you do this to an adversary, the Difficulty is equal to the Difficulty score of its target. Using the tether, you have advantage on rolls to jump or climb.
