Spitting Spider attempts to take out its targets from afar, utilizing its glowing orb distraction. If outnumbered or outmatched, the Spitting Spider has no qualms about retreating.
Until it makes its first attack the Spitting Spider stays Hidden in the shadows within Close range of multi-colored, glowing orbs suspended from branches by a thin strand of silk to attract curious prey.
Targets who mark HP from the Spitting Spideru2019s Poisoned Fangs are Vulnerable until they clear at least 1 HP.
If attacked with fire, the Spitting Spider becomes Vulnerable until after the next PC action.
Spend a Fear to eject a zigzag of venomous, liquid silk. A target within Close range must succeed on an Agility Reaction Roll or take 1d12+3 physical damage and become Restrained until they break free with a successful Strength Roll.
Mark a Stress to activate a nearby glowing orb lure to distract targets within Close Range. All targets must succeed on a Presence Reaction Roll or become Vulnerable until their next roll with Hope.
