Spend a fear to make an attack against a target in Very Close range. On a success, the target takes 2d8+4 physical damage and is Constricted until they succeed on a Strength or Agility check. While Constricted, the target is Restrained and takes 1d8 physical damage each time they take an Action roll.
When the Night Snake makes a successful attack against a PC you gain a fear
