This adversary can be spotlighted up to 2 times per GM turn. Spend Fear as usual to spotlight them.
When a PC within Close range of the Goblin Skullcrown rolls a failure with Fear, all PCs lose a Hope, and you gain a Fear.
Spend a Fear to force all targets within Very Close range to mark a Stress, then make an attack against them. Targets this adversary succeeds against take 2d8+6 physical damage.
Make an attack roll against a target in Close range. On a success, spend 2 Fear to leap and slam the warhammer onto the target. The target takes 2d20+3 physical damage and must make a Strength Reaction Roll. On a failure, the target becomes temporarily Restrained beneath the warhammer.
When a PC succeeds on an attack roll against the Goblin Skullcrown, mark a Stress to deflect the attack and redirect it towards another target within Very Close range.
