Card Shark

Adversary overview

An opportunist with an eye for odds, on the hunt for easy marks

With a base difficulty of 12, How About a Wager favors the PCs by default. A well-timed use of their experience Hustler can be used to even the odds though, and the ramping nature of Blood in the Water will skew things further in favor of the Shark the longer they can keep the PCs betting.
