Chuti are long-limbed, with large hands and feet, and their bodies are completely covered in thick hair which can be white, gray, or brown. They often have either ape or bear-like features, and some possess claws suitable for climbing. They are well acclimated to life atop towering mountain peaks and many Chuti choose to live solitary lives in these desolate places. As such, many people have never met or seen a Chuti, but most remote mountain towns are at least aware of the individual or family of Chuti they share the mountain with. Those of other ancestries who have encountered a Chuti often speak of their piercing gaze. It sends a chill through the bones of any who fall under it and can, if the Chuti chooses, leave a creature unable to move, as if frozen in place. Many people, even other Chuti, find the effects of the gaze unnerving, further contributing to many Chuti's isolationist nature.
