  • Winter Showcase
    Fear 1

As the evening begins to come to a close, it's time for the talent portion of the evening.

Spend a Fear to ask PC's if they signed up to participate in the Winter Showcase. PCs wishing to participate will perform, along with several NPCs.

PCs must describe their performance, and roll an appropriate Action Roll.

The winner of the competition will be awarded the following:
    - A well forged medallion depicting a ship with snow covered sails.
    - 5 Handfuls of gold.
    - Advantage on social Action Rolls until they leave the city.

  • Winter is Here!

Inspired by the resilience of the local people, a local faint divinity takes to the skies above the Midwinter Festival and causes snow to fall, turning the festival into a winter wonderland.

Spend a fear, and ask players to describe the scene.

Reactions

  • No Cheating!

When a PC attempts to cheat, they must roll a Finesse or Presence Action Roll. On a failure, you can Spend a Fear to have a Bladed Guard appear within close range, who coughs, then gives a disproving look to the PC.

The guard will follow that PC until convinced otherwise by any means.

  • That's not a log!

When a PC participating in the Lake Log Run fails an action roll, you can Spend a Fear to reveal that the log they just stepped on was not a log at all!

The offended Seadragon uses its Acid Cloud feature as usual, and escapes into the depths of the lake.
