Depth Snake
A long serpent that ambushes its prey.
Motives & Tactics: Ambush, Camouflage, Feed
A long serpent that ambushes its prey.
When the Snake makes a successful Fangs attack, the target must mark an Armor Slot without receiving its benefits (they can still use armor to reduce the damage). If they can't mark an Armor Slot, they must mark an additional HP.
These creatures are part of the Depth Hive Mind. They have advantage to resist effects affecting their minds.
If they are cut from it, they fall to their basest instincts.
Spend a Fear to make an attack against all targets in front of the Snake within Close range. On a success, all targets take 1d4 physical damage. The Snake can take the spotlight a second time this GM turn.
Mark a Stress to make an attack against a target within Melee Range. On a success, the target is Restrained and is moved together with the Depth Snake within Close range.
