Features

Passives

  • Shift

The Mirrorshifter involuntarily reacts to the forces around it. When a PC in the same scene rolls with hope, the Mirrorshifter uses the 'Hope' side of its features. When a PC rolls with fear, the Mirrorshifter uses the 'Fear' side instead. The Mirrorshifter must always use the most recent result.

Actions

  • Active Choice
    stress 1

The Mirrorshifter Marks a Stress to force its next roll to use either Hope or Fear regardless of what the PCs rolled.

  • Shifterstep
    • HOPE: Mark a Stress. The Mirrorshifter teleports up to far range, leaving behind a flash of blinding radiance. All creatures within very close range of that flash must succeed an Agility Reaction roll or be temporarily Blinded. While Blinded, the PC cannot take action toward any creature unless it is within very close range. This condition can be ended by Marking a Stress.

    • FEAR: Mark a Stress. The Mirrorshifter teleports behind a PC within a far range and make an attack against them with advantage. The attack deals direct damage, and on a hit, you gain a fear.

Reactions

  • Syphoning Touch

When the Mirrorshifter deals damage to another creature within melee range, it performs one of the following reactions.

    • HOPE: The Mirrorshifter Clears 1 stress or 1 Hit Point.

    • FEAR: The Mirrorshifter's target marks 1 additional hit point.
