This adversary can be spotlighted up to 2 times per GM turn. Spend Fear as usual to spotlight them.
PCs are Vulnerable while within Very Close range.
Make an attack against a target within Melee range. On a success, deal 5d4 physical damage. A target who marks HP from this attack loses a Hope and must mark a Stress. This adversary then clears a HP.
Spend a Fear to force all PCs within Close range to make an Instinct Reaction Roll as the Moth spits out feeding tentacles. On a failure, they take 4d6 direct physical damage. This adversary clears a HP for each creature who took Severe damage from this attack.
Mark a Stress to force a Vulnerable or Restrained target within Melee range to mark 1d4−1 HP. This adversary then clears an equal number of HP.
When the Moth would take damage, roll a d6. On a 4 or higher, halve the damage. If the damage was already halved, the Moth takes no damage.
When the Moth marks 2 or more HP from an attack within Very Close range, a cloud of caustic spray emits from her tail filaments and all PCs within Very Close range mark an Armor Slot.
