On a future Spotlight the Manta may either try to eat the target (making an attack with advantage) or it can drop the target - dealing 2d20 damage if dropped from Very Far range or half that if dropped from Far range or closer.

    Spend two Fear to have the Manta spin up a water spout from the lake into the air. Any target within Close range must make an Agility Reaction Roll or take 4d8 magic damage and be Vulnerable until they break free of the vortex with a suitable ability check.
