About this ancestry
Accipters can vary from looking very human and elvish with smooth skin and very few feathers occupying only where hair would normally be, their ears are always holes in their heads covered with feathers like birds.
They always have wings, their wings may be mounted on their upper or lower backs, running along the arms of an individual, or in place of the arms of an individual. Most accipters have beaks but occasionally there are some with human like mouths.
