In some Frameworks, Werewolves are based on lineage, not infection.

A feral human steps from the forest with a blood-stained face, smeared in dark streaks that glisten like war paint. Its snout and lowered ears are sculpted for terror—too rough, too angry—except for the predator’s smile formed by its muzzle into its lower face, a permanent curve that suggests hunger rather than friendliness.
