Effect

A creature must willingly place this hat on their head and recite the incantation: "Spliggity-wiggity lizard and swine, all of the power will now become mine." Once the incantation is finished, the creature is turned into a small animal, such as a frog or chicken, until their hat is removed with a successful Strength roll (18). No creature wearing a Cursed Hat can remove a Cursed Hat.
