Disruptive Amulet

About this item
This rare amulet is capable to channel its wielder resilience to implode magical effects. The intensity of a target arcane occurrence should vary from 1 to 4. A good reference for this is to imagine which level (from 1 to 10) the effect would be equivalent and divide it by 3 (Round up).
If the disrupted magic was an ongoing effect, it can naturally return if cast again or, depending on the source, after some hours
