Martin the Muppetborne
Motive:
Martin is an Eldrich Horror from the planes beyond, but does not want to be evil but just pursue their Alchemical skills in peace. So they open a pharmacy in a small town somewhere in the mortal realm.
this being's form is so hideous and strange, it induces madness in most beings that even glimpse their true form.
Lacking any shapeshifting abilities, they put a big sign on the shop counter that says "DO NOT LOOK BEHIND THE COUNTER!", hide under a blanket and communicate with customers through a badly crafted sock puppet in the shape of a gnome with button eyes.

Anyone who sees Martin cannot recall any details of his form after the panic wears off.
Due to his form and speech aparatus, there may be communication problems and their speech has some strange klicks and humming sounds mixed in.
