Reaper Round: When you deal Severe damage, you can spend a Hope to make the target mark a Hit Point, mark a Stress, and become temporarily Vulnerable.
Pale Rider: While mounted, you gain a +2 bonus to damage rolls. You can use Spurs without making an Agility roll.
