Wild Magic Infused are beings who have become influenced by Wild Magic. They can momentarily tame the magic within them, but eventually, the magic strikes back. But it is wild, so it could be beneficial. Or it could not. It all comes down to Chance.

(Make your own, if you so choose. I’m not great at balancing what should, and should not occur on a table like this. I’m also not great at putting flavor-only things in. I didn’t want to come up with a d100 list, and since you’re using a d20 anyway, I figured it makes sense to do that. Also, I think this makes sense as a transformation. I know people want it as a subclass, because that’s how it is in D&D, but I think Daggerheart is good at breaking down D&D, and other tabletop games, into component parts, and using them in ways that make sense, even if they aren’t 1-to-1.)
