About this weapon
Cumbersome: -1 to Finesse and Agility
Sealed Sword: The Laevateinn is a Relic from the Ruins, bound in three layers of seals, keeping the blade’s true potential sheathed. When you succeed on an attack with Hope, you can spend 3 Hope to release a layer of seal, increasing the sword’s damage by +2. You can do this up to three times. You can reseal the sword any time.
The Sword of Legends: Once the third seal has been removed, whenever you take the spotlight, you and all creatures within Close range must mark a Stress. When you succeed an attack, the target is temporarily lit On Fire. When a creature acts while On Fire, they must take an extra 2d6 magic damage if they are still On Fire at the end of their action.

This is a conversion of the Laevateinn from Limbus Company, a Relic from the Ruins. This homebrew is made primarily for fun – I tried to be balanced with it, but it’s power might be a little strange.
