Step into the paradox. The Timeweaver is a high-risk, high-reward class for Daggerheart players who want to bend the flow of moments, rewrite the outcomes of combat, and gamble with fate itself. Timeweavers trade stability for speed, exchanging health and safety for devastating effects that can turn the tide in an instant OR leave them vulnerable. Time is a dangerous thing!

This class is designed for players who enjoy striking twice before an enemy can react, and weaving (see what we did here?!) cinematic “what if?” moments into the story. It’s also fun for Game Masters because it offers rich opportunities to fold time-bending magic into the narrative, rewind decisions, allow split-second saves, or even catastrophic miscalculations... each capable of changing the direction of an entire campaign.

Subclasses

Hourglass Duelist

For players who crave raw power and blistering tempo. The Hourglass Duelist thrives on precision and timing, delivering massive bursts of damage at critical moments. This subclass rewards bold play. Stacking damage with calculated risks, punishing foes in rapid succession, and exploiting windows of opportunity before they close. In the hands of a fearless player, it can end encounters in a single, breathtaking sequence.

Sandscholar

For players who favor control, counters, and supporting the party’s strategy. The Sandscholar bends time not to rush forward, but to shape the battlefield and protect allies. With the ability to impose disadvantages, repeat beneficial effects, and grant allies extra actions, this subclass is a tactical anchor that makes the entire group more effective. It’s perfect for players who love reading the flow of combat and making sure their team always has the upper hand.

Time anchors, rewound actions, and reality-shifting effects open doors for GMs and Players to explore alternate outcomes, paradoxes, and dramatic tension. Whether it’s saving a key NPC with a well-timed rewind or accidentally rewriting events with dangerous consequences, the Timeweaver can add unique, memorable beats to any Daggerheart campaign.

The Chronos Domain

The Timeweaver’s signature power source is the Chronos Domain. It is a volatile school of time magic built on freezing moments, accelerating allies, and tearing open rifts. This domain is the spell engine behind the Timeweavers most dramatic plays, offering everything from pinpoint bursts of speed to devastating area effects at a steep personal cost.
