Dark Elves are a race similar to Elves, but they usually live underground.
Underborne Magic: You can manipulate light and shadow. Spend 1 Hope to cast a shroud of darkness over an area within Far range. Enemies inside the darkness suffer a +2 difficulty penalty to all physical attacks targeting outside of it, and you gain Advantage on your next stealth-related action.
