Session 4
Neon Horizons: Shards of the Chromatic Galaxy
Long ago, a corruption began to spread across the Chromatic Galaxy, the star systems were all cut off from one another, cast into black Voids by the God of Space in an attempt to quarantine and stop a quickly spreading Corruption. A century passed in the black, where the colors of the worlds/moons of the system and even the Aether around it were muted. Finally, 5-10 years ago the barrier keeping the stars apart shattered, and those systems clear of any Corruption reentered a galaxy of vibrant color. People from these systems rushed to venture across the stars and visit systems they hadn't had access to for a century. Unfortunately, they found systems which the Corruption had reached to still be trapped in the Void within Shards of space - portals through which these corrupted and voided systems can be accessed. Brave heroes rose to venture into the corrupted systems to try and help the people still stuck within. Working with the people of these systems, the heroes managed to cleanse some of them of Corruption, and upon doing so the Shards they'd been trapped in also shattered, and those systems joined the others in the vibrant Chromatic Galaxy. With so many systems still trapped and corrupted, the Shardrunner Society was founded - a guild of brave heroes and adventures who make the perilous journeys into the corrupted Shard-systems to aid those within and cleanse the corruption. Dedicated to not stop until every system is free, brought out of the black void and into the bright galaxy. Your characters are would-be Shardrunners. You are rookies in the Society, and for the last several months you've taken on non-Shard missions to prove yourselves and earn your place ranked among the Shardrunners, to venture yourselves into those Shards and heal the galaxy. If this next mission goes well, it will be the LAST one you need to become a true Shardrunner. Hop in your ships and get ready to fly toward adventure.
Dragon World Public
A group of companions travel across a broken land to strike down an emerging evil from the past... "In the decades following the "War of the Lance" alien dragons, who were much larger, malevolent, and powerful than any of the native Krynn dragons came to this world, and claimed much of the continent of Ansalon. Each one took a portion of the world as their domain, and began to purge the native dragons. Many were killed, but some swore to serve the Overlords, and their lives were spared. During this time, all of the metallic dragons, save one, disappeared from Krynn completely. The land of "Desolation" formerly known as Goodlund. As history tells it during the age of mortals the land was taken over by a Dragon Overlord known as " Malystryx" who reshaped the land to suit her draconic tastes. The land grew much hotter, with mountains that literally sprang out of the ground. The land formerly known as Goodlund came to be called the Desolation. In 421 AC (38 SC), Malystryx was killed during the War of Souls. With her death, it is uncertain what will become of her domain. Goblins, draconians, and ogres still wander the land in their tribes, with a few human and kender settlements along the coastline... Our story begins a hundred years after the death of Malystryx... "

The Sablewood Messengers
Welcome to Daggerheart! In this quickstart adventure, you'll find the tools you need to play your first session of the game. This document does not contain every rule, so we highly recommend having the core rulebook accessible. Before you begin, you'll need 3-6 players. 2-5 of those players will be PCs, or player characters. They will create a character who will inhabit the world. One player will be the game master, or GM, who is in charge of representing the world at large, asking questions, adjudicating dice rolls, and leading the narrative. In normal play, PCs would make their own characters and the GM would build their own story. For the quickstart adventure, both portions are already prepared. We highly recommend the GM read through each page on their own before players arrive. For more information about the game, or to purchase the core rulebook, visit us at www.daggerheart.com. Aventure link: https://www.daggerheart.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/05/Quickstart-Adventure-5-20-2025.pdf - This document features 5 pre-made characters and step-by-step instructions to guide both GMs and players through an adventure.
