Make an attack against a target within Melee range. On a success, deal 1d4 physical damage and clear a Stress.
Willard springboards off the nearest creature's head, moving up to Far range without triggering reactions.
Willard chitters mockingly at a target within Close range. The target makes a Presence Reaction Roll (12). On a failure, they have disadvantage on their next action roll, humiliated beyond words.
When a PC deals damage to Willard, he can mark a Stress to force that PC to succeed on a Finesse Reaction Roll (12) or have Willard swipe a small item or coin off them mid-hit. On a success, the PC keeps their belongings — but finds a stale pastry in their pocket they don't remember picking up.
