How can we have a Transparent Roll Log on a Campaign that the Players can see all Player Rolls and GM Rolls

the only shared roll log that I'm aware of is if you share an encounter link with the players joined to your campaign. The page that link takes them to will show a live fear tracker, shared clocks, and a roll log for that encounter (DM & Player).
