The Channeler allows you to wield a magic shot attack.
The Hallowed Knight allows you to avoid damage, while dealing devastating attacks.
The Warding Radiance allows you to set up auras for you, and your allies, to capitalize on in battle.

Subclass details

Channeler

Spell trait: Presence

Play as the Channeler to utilize magic energy in combat.

Foundation
Tier 1

Channeled Shot: You gain an attack with the following properties:

  • Trait-Presence
  • Range-Far
  • Damage-d8 Magic damage
  • Burden-None

Focused Fighter: When you make a Channeled Shot attack, you may spend a Hope to give yourself Advantage on the attack.

Specialization
Tier 2

Empowered Shot: The damage die for your Channeled Shot is now a d10.

Channeled Clarity: Whenever you make a successful attack with your Channeled Shot, you may gain an additional Hope, or clear a Stress.

Mastery
Tier 3

Glorious Shot: The Damage die for your Channeled Shot is now a d12.

Channeled Life: Spend 2 Hope to clear a number of Hit Points, or Stress equal to your Presence modifier on a target within Very Close range.

Hallowed Knight

Spell trait: Strength

Play as the Hallowed Knight to utilize your Faith Charges, and charge into combat.

Foundation
Tier 1

Punishing Faith: Whenever you use your Faith Charge ability, you can spend a Hope to force the target to make a reaction roll (14). On a failure, they take an additional 2d6 in magic damage.

Prayer of Shielding: Gain a permanent +1 to your Evasion. Whenever an attack misses you, you may spend a Hope to gain advantage on your next attack roll.

Specialization
Tier 2

Targeted Faith: Whenever you use your Faith Charge ability, you can spend a Hope to force the target to make a reaction roll (15). On a failure, all attacks you make against that creature benefit from your Faith Charge until the end of the scene, or if you target another creature with an attack.

Prayer of Relief: Gain a Permanent +1 to your Evasion. Whenever an attack misses you, you may clear a Stress.

Mastery
Tier 3

Glowing Faith: Whenever you use your Faith Charge ability, you can spend a Hope to force the target to make a reaction roll (16). On a failure, the target becomes temporarily vulnerable.

Prayer of Protection: Gain a Permanent +1 to your Evasion. Anyone of your choosing within Very Close range of you gains a +2 bonus to their Evasion.

Warding Radiance

Spell trait: Instinct

Play as the Warding Radiance to create auras on the battlefield to assist your allies.

Aura of Escape: Spend a Hope. Until the end of the scene, you, and anyone within Close range of you of your choosing gains a bonus to Reaction rolls equal to your Instinct Modifier.

Aura of Punishment: Spend a Hope. Until the end of the scene, whenever you get hit with an attack, the attacking creature marks a Stress.

Specialization
Tier 2

Aura of Empowerment: Spend a Hope. Until the end of the scene, you, and anyone within Close range of you of your choosing gains a bonus to attack, and damage rolls equal to your Instinct Modifier.

Clattering Shields: Gain a permanent +1 to your Armor Score. Whenever you use an Armor Slot to reduce Minor Damage to No Damage, you may mark a Stress to force the attacking creature to mark 1 Hit Point.

Tier 3

Aura of Resilience: Spend a Hope. Until the end of the scene, you, and anyone within Close range of you of your choosing gains a bonus to their Damage Thresholds equal to your Instinct Modifier.

Holy Armor: Gain a permanent + 1 to your Armor Score. Whenever you mark an Armor Slot, you gain a Hope, or clear a Stress.
