Effect

During a long rest, gain access to a new downtime action: “Brewing”. Once per group and per long rest, the PC choosing this action gathers herbs, plants, and any other ingredients of their choice, brews them in the kettle, and shares the result with all PCs who consume it. Roll a d6 and check the table below: 1) With this particular mix of ingredients even the kettle could not help it to become edible (no effect) 2) You gain 1 temporary armor slot (once used, it vanishes) 3) You get the Refreshed buff. While Refreshed, ignore the next 1 stress you would mark 4) Gain 1 Hope 5) Your evasion score increases by 1 until your next long rest 6) You feel nostalgic. Until the next long rest, your bonus gained by using experiences increases by +1

About this item

Ariestra was the royal wizard and alchemist of the kingdom of Aatrax. Devoted to ridding the land of plagues and disease, he conducted countless experiments. Unbeknownst to him, the multitudes of magic he created in his iron kettle, led to its own awakening. Together, they achieved magical feats hitherto unseen in the realm. Until one day, when Ariestra fell victim to a plot to bring down the kingdom. His sentient iron kettle, knowing neither malice nor ill intent, helped his assassins in bringing forth the blood plague that would spell Aatrax’s doom.
