Pistolheart – breacher mastery feature

Hi! I bought Pistolheart and was scrolling through the classes. They seems to be fun, but I have a doubt: the mastery feature of the Breacher called "Steel Horse" mention that you can Charge without making a Strength roll but I can't find anywhere a rule about charging and doing a Strenght roll, so I wonder if it is a mistake or if there's something I am missing.

I think (not sure since I don't use pistolheart for DH atm).

Check out the optional rules for mounted PCs first.

I believe this is referring to the:
Yah! (The "Charge"): "Make a Strength roll. On a success, you move in a line to Far range, passing through any adversaries in your path."

If I understand that correctly a Breacher can ignore that requirement for the STR roll.
