Bienvenidos to Cali, Colombia, the Salsa Capital of the World! You and your friends have come to the Festival Mundial de la Salsa for the food, the music, the dancing, and an experience you’ll never forget. Unfortunately, neither will the local authorities. Because somewhere between the opening dance and the final competition, someone steals the festival’s grand prize and our heroes just might be the only people who can get it back.
