Empty cookbook I made for my group's Beastfeast game. First half is pages for recipes and the second half is an ingredient tracker, I think all the categories in there are self explanatory except "INVENTORY", that one we use to keep track who has which item.
The pages are set up so you can print the whole thing as an A5 booklet.
