    When you spotlight this environment for the first time, place a number of tokens on this environment equal to 6 + X, where X is equal to the number of PCs. Whenever the Vampire Lord should mark HP while in this environment, you can spend up to 3 tokens to reduce the HP they mark by the number of taken spent.
    As long as there is at least one token on this card, the Vampire Lord has resistance against all damages.
    If you spend the last token, the Heart is destroyed and all PCs gain 1d6 Hope.
    If the PCs find the Heart of Sorrow within the environment, they can make a Strength Action Roll to attempt to damage it.
    • Critical Success: You lose 2 tokens and all PCs in the scene gain a Hope.
    • Any success: You lose a token.
    • Failure with Hope: The next Strength Action Roll to damage the Heart of Sorrow is made with Advantage.
