For those of you that don't know me, I'm Chris Davidson, One of the writers of Daggerheart!
This set of adversaries are designed for campaigns with darker themes. This small tome contains 46 adversaries, 5 environments, and a short tier 3 adventure offering multiple options to handle each situation and some difficult choices, culminating in one of two explosive boss battles.
What's Inside:
- Barrow Wights - Tier 1 undead adversaries controlled by a necromancer
- The First Fallen - Tier 2 Shadow-touched knights who still serve out of perverse duty
- Deathsworn - Tier 2 Humanoids that have been scarred by shadows
- Marsh Monsters - Tier 2 creatures that skulk in the high waters of bogs and swamps
- Jungle Dwellers - Tier 2 Corrupted jungle creatures who live among the overgrowth
- Masked Sisters - Tier 3 Bandits that exploit the ruins for profit, turning their backs on other survivors
- Stonemavens - Tier 3 Statues who have come to life by the will of the gods and lost their purpose
- Five Environments - Mist-Filled Swamp (Traversal), Corrupted Jungle (Exploration), The Gambit (Trap Event), Ruined Capital (Traversal), Abandoned Cathedral (Exploration)
- The Light That Binds - A Tier 3 adventure that is 1-2 sessions long. It includes adversaries and environments from the packet as well as optional encounters with a phased battle Solo and an extremely dangerous Boss battle.
There are also suggestions for minis that one could use for inspiration or at the table!
