CSV requirements

Your CSV must include an Email column. A First Name or Name column is optional; if it is missing or blank, we use the part before “@” in the email address (for example, john from john@heartofdaggers.com).

Column headings are matched automatically, including “Email Address”, “First Name”, and “Name”. Invalid email rows are listed in the import report.
