Can I request a refund for a digital product?

Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered. However, exceptions are made in specific circumstances:

  • If the product was misrepresented or not as described.
  • If the downloaded file is missing, corrupted, or inaccessible, and the creator hasn’t provided a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If the product was listed in error or is incompatible with its intended use, as clearly outlined in the listing.

Refunds are not granted for change of mind, successful downloads that function as described, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
