Spellcast Trait: Finesse

Every rose has its thorn. Yours happens to be covered in tetrodotoxin.

Foundation

Mask of flowers: You are an expert at concealing your true feelings. Whenever you make an attempt to deceive or dissemble you may add your proficiency to your roll.

Master Poisoner: You have become an expert in the use of poisons. Once per rest, when you attack an adversary you can give them the Poisoned condition. A poisoned creature takes 1d10 direct physical damage each time they act. The GM may clear the condition by using their spotlight to do so.

Specialization

Rose's Thorns and Honeyed Words: You no longer need to make an attack to give an adversary the poisoned condition. You can poison any adversary within far range or to whom you send a letter. Make a spellcast roll against the adversary’s difficulty. On a success they gain the Poisoned condition.  A poisoned creature takes 1d10 direct physical damage each time they act. The GM may clear the condition by using their spotlight to do so. If an adversary is poisoned by a letter while out of the scene, you should work together with the GM to determine the effectiveness of the poisoning.

Vicious Words: You can poison a reputation as easily as you can poison a person. As a rest action you can spread rumours about an adversary. Make a presence roll against the adversary’s difficulty. On a success you turn the court against them. This most likely will lead to demotion or exile for your victim. On a critical success you may be able to have the target arrested and investigated on suspicion of corruption. Work together with your GM to design the likely outcome of such an act.

Mastery

Body of Five Venoms: Your constant exposure to poisons has transformed even your own blood into a toxic substance. You gain the following features:

    • Immunity to poison: you cannot gain the Poisoned condition.
    • Poisoned blood: Whenever an adversary attacks you with a natural physical attack such as a bite, claw strike or an unarmed attack you may mark a stress to deal 1d10 phy direct damage to them and to automatically give them the Poisoned condition. A poisoned creature takes 1d10 direct physical damage each time they act.
    • Cinnabar Immortality: As long as you consume poison at least once each day you do not age and have immunity to disease. Any day you fail to consume poison you cannot take long rest actions.
    • Five Venom Fist You may use the Master Poisoner feature whenever you make an attack. If you make an unarmed strike you may also add d4 damage to your attack.

Outlaw

Spellcast Trait: Finesse

A dirty fighter with a host of tricks up their sleeve

Foundation

Hidden Dagger: You always have another hidden blade. You can make attacks with your secondary weapon at far range. If somebody confiscates your secondary weapon, no they didn't.

Specialization

Sand in the Eyes: Once per rest you may make a sneak attack against a creature within close range even if you are not cloaked.

Mastery

Cunning Punch: Your unarmed attacks deal d6+finesse damage. When you attack with your primary weapon you may immediately attack the same adversary with an unarmed attack.

Improved Sneak Attack: When you make a successful sneak attack you may immediately attack a second enemy within far range using your secondary weapon and then apply sneak attack damage to that attack.
