When it comes to Pokémon, due to the nature of the conversion, we use Stress to represent HP just like the Ranger companion. Unfortunately, we couldn’t add the armor each Pokémon has in this Adversary Stat Block, so we use HP to represent Armor which is used just like any Player Character. This all will make more sense when we release the Open Beta for our Pokémon Conversion that is compatible with Daggerheart.
Spend 3 Fear to charge up Hydro Pump. When you do you can spend an additional Fear to make an Attack Roll against a target within Far range. On a success, deal 3D12+6 Water Type damage
Spend 2 Fear to send your Pokémon into a rage. When you do, they can only use their Fast or Charge Attack. Additionally, after they take damage their Proficiency Bonus raises by +1 to a max of 4 times. Rage ends with a successful Command Roll (18), when they aren't attacked for 2 activations, or when they haven't successfully attacked for 2 activations.
Spend a Fear within close range to force the opponent to leave the battle or the trainer to swap Pokémon. If there are no Pokémon to swap with, this move pushes the opponent Pokémon back by 1 range.
Extremely Salty Water burst forth. Make an Attack Roll against a target within Very Close range. On a success, spend a Fear to deal 3d6+6 Water Type damage. This move is super effective against Grass Type Pokémon.
