About this ancestry

Ranging from a tall Ribbit to a small Drakona, Geckonas are a versatile, energetic species often found clinging to the underside of jungle canopies, ceilings of ancient ruins, or underwater cliffs. Their beaded silk skin texture can range from vibrant mossy greens to sunset oranges to pale, translucent greys of the moon. Some variations can have ciliates crests, rows of soft eyelash like spines above their enormous, fixed, lid-less eyes, or like a mohawk crest running from the top of the head to the tip of the tail. Though not all Geckonas grow their tails after hatching. Not only can Geckonas utilize the ancestry features from both Drakona and Ribbit, but due to their unique hybrid they can be born with other feature options such as "Cling-Pads" that give advantage on agility rolls, but could also camouflage themselves into their surroundings once per long rest by spending 1 Hope, as long as they move slow or remain still creatures have disadvantage on finding them, and the Geckona gain +2 to their Evasion.
