My take on a Winter Wolf Alpha from Curse of Strahd as well as the D&D 2024 Monster Manual. A combination of Dire Wolf and that stat block at Tier 3.
When the Alpha is spotlighted, spotlight one additional ally without requiring a Fear to be spent to do so.
If the Wolf makes a successful standard attack and another Winter Wolf is within Melee range of the target, deal 3d6+8 physical damage instead of their standard damage and you gain a Fear.
Mark a Stress to make an attack against a target within Melee range. On a success, deal 3d4+10 direct physical damage and make them Vulnerable until they clear at least 1 HP.
Spend a Fear. Each creature within Close range must make a Strength reaction roll (12). On a failure, creatures take 4d8 magical damage. On a success, creatures take half damage.
