Where others run from the shadows you dive headfirst into them, wielding ill-understood power to fight creatures only you can understand. To those you help, you a bright torch in the dark, protecting them with the brilliant light of truth. To those at the end of your spells and blades, you are a knife striking through the heart, killing with precision.

When observing a creature you can make an Knowledge Roll against them. On a success, you gain one of the following sets of information from the GM.
Their unmarked Hit Points and Stress
• Their Difficulty and damage thresholds
• Their tactics and standard attack damage dice
• Their features and Experiences
Additionally on a success you can mark a Stress to instead ask for two sets of information and Invoke Your Talisman -
Shield of the Shadows
Whenever you take damage, reduce it by the amount of Stress you have marked plus your Tier.
