    The palace of a Thunder Dragon has a breathable atmosphere for humanoids until the Thunder Dragon chooses to interrupt the effect. You can spend three fear to create a cyclone that rips the air from the lungs of any living creature. All creatures except for thunder dragons, undead and air elementals must make an Instinct reaction roll. On a failure they take 4d20 damage. On a success they take half-damage. Either way, the atmosphere within very far range becomes unbreathable.
