As a witness is called, the High Adjudicator swears them in. Once sworn in, the Stress cost of "So Help You, Adad" is doubled.
The High Adjudicator slams their Gavel down with booming force. Mark a Stress to force anyone in Far range, who is resisting order, to make a Presence Reaction Roll. On a failure, they become Silenced & Restrained until the order has been reached.
When the High Adjudicator reaches a guilty verdict, 2 Periphery Guards enter the scene and move to take the Guilty person away to the Tribunal's Penitentiary.
