Pistolheart Vol 2 is the second of four Western supplements for Daggerheart, aiming to add a bit more gunsmoke and grit to your Western campaigns. From one of the writers and designers who worked on Daggerheart’s Core Rulebook, Hope & Fear, The Dying Spire, The Witherwild, Dark Heart of Andaluria, and Colossus of the Drylands, and Pistolheart Vol 1 comes 27 pages of:

  1. 4 new subclasses for the Bard, Druid, Sorcerer, and Wizard whose archetypes go well beyond gunslinger and delve deeper into canonical western archetypes. Art by Carey Piestch.
  2. New modular mechanics for Investigations and Rumors that are useful for GMs running any type of campaign that involves a mystery.
  3. A New Enemy Type: The Enigma, who can affect the scene even when not present and require more than force to defeat.

Pistolheart Volume 2 fills out the remaining subclasses introduced in Volume 1, while also adding a huge amount of utility for GMs in the form of new adversaries, environments, and an investigation mechanic that is universally applicable to any campaign that involves mysteries, hunts, or investigations. Folks that enjoyed Volume 1 are going to find so much more packed in these pages.

Pistolheart Vol 2 continues Volume 1’s mission of expanding the toolbox GMs running Western campaigns have at their disposal while also creating mechanics and distinctly western adversaries that easily reskinned to fit more traditional fantasy campaigns.
