You can view the night sky, regardless of the time of day, weather, or other obstructions. Once per session, you can spend a Hope to peer through the telescope and roll a d4. On a result of 1–3, you gain a +1 bonus to your Evasion on the next attack made against you. On a result of 4, you gain a +2 bonus to your Evasion until the end of the scene.
