About this class
Operators are people who have fought tooth and nail to attain their courage and leadership. They have always seen goals and only the most stressful of situations can stray these warriors away. Either on the battlefield, or during tense situations, they command the field and make sure above all else, that their party can prevail in the face of terror.

Sub-Operations
Once per Long Rest, you may choose a Sub-Operation that your character undergoes. They have a choice of three Sub-Operations to choose from that will give them certain buffs throughout the day.
- Tactician: Spend a Stress to subtract one of your Operator Charges to a roll of another creature within close range.
- Offense: Spend a Stress to add one of your Operator Charges to a roll of an ally within close range.
- Lead: Give your Operator Charge a +3 Modifier after the die is rolled. -
Operator Charges
Operators get 3 Charges of the ability of Operator Charges. You can only use your Operator Charges unless you have an ability that specifies otherwise, they fully recover on a long rest or the start of a session.
Your Operator Charges are an extra d6 that you can add to your roll before the consequences are announced. They can be added to any roll that you make unless specified otherwise.

SPELLCAST TRAIT: Presence
Drone Charges:: You have an amount of Drone Charges equal to your Proficiency + 1. They then recharge when you take a long rest or use an Operator Charge to restore one of your Drone Charges.
Nano-Barrier: When an ally within close range takes any amount of damage, you can use a Drone Charge to reduce the Severity of Damage by one.

Steeled Assistance: Use a Drone Charge to remove a condition off of yourself or an Ally within Far Range.
Mechanical Mastery: When rolling to figure out anything mechanical, you can add your level to the roll.
